Any art is displayed keeping in mind the changes in the mood of human society. This type of emotional change has its limits in human society. Which depends on living life, in all kinds of circumstances. For example, children in many deprived societies and destitute families living in adverse conditions are deprived of the stream of education, which is considered the first link of human development. Along with bringing about an emotional change in the children of such families towards education through the medium of performing arts, there is also a need to provide them a good environment. This educational and artistic thinking itself, Leads me to establish Rang Bhoomi Foundation.In my journey of writing and performing for theater and cinema, stories from such environments have been central. The roles of his characters are played by the people living in such an environment.Who are not professional artists in any way. The struggle an actor shows in trying to express his emotions while acting, In this struggle for expression he sometime succeeds and sometime fails. In this economic era of success and failure, money plays a big role in getting out of the situation and circumstances. In such a situation, children of many families go breakdown. In this row of Rang Bhoomi Foundation’s ideology ‘Agar Tutte Saath, To Bhoomi Aapke Saath’, The education of children of widowed women living below the poverty line not be disrupted. Besides, by instilling a sense of ownership in them, the concept of establishing employment as per their interest by constructing an iron shop was mooted. Also, Rang Bhoomi Foundation is continuing this journey of awareness towards education along with personality development of such children through theater workshops. Children who want to make their future in theater and cinema are continuously being given the intricacies of these fields through workshops. This journey of human balance between our environment and our social environment will continue through Rang Bhoomi Foundation.
किसी भी कला का प्रदर्शन मानव समाज की मनोदशा में होने वाले परिवर्तनों को ध्यान में रखकर किया जाता है। लेकिन मानव समाज में इस प्रकार के भाव परिवर्तन की अपनी सीमाएं होती हैं। जो हर तरह की परिस्थिति में जीवन जीने पर निर्भर करता है। उदाहरण के लिए, प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों में रहने वाले कई वंचित समाजों और निराश्रित परिवारों के बच्चे शिक्षा की उस धारा से वंचित हैं, जिसे मानव विकास की पहली कड़ी माना जाता है। ऐसे परिवारों के बच्चों में प्रदर्शन कला के माध्यम से शिक्षा के प्रति भावनात्मक बदलाव लाने के साथ-साथ उन्हें अच्छा माहौल उपलब्ध कराने की भी जरूरत है। यह शैक्षिक एवं कलात्मक सोच ही, मुझे रंग भूमि फाउंडेशन की स्थापना के लिए प्रेरित किया। थिएटर और सिनेमा के लिए लिखने और प्रदर्शन करने की मेरी यात्रा में, ऐसे माहौल की कहानियाँ केंद्रीय रही हैं। उनके पात्रों की भूमिकाएँ ऐसे वातावरण में रहने वाले लोग ही निभाते हैं। जो किसी भी तरह से प्रोफेशनल कलाकार नहीं हैं। अभिनय के दौरान अपनी भावनाओं को व्यक्त करने की कोशिश में एक अभिनेता जो संघर्ष दिखाता है, अभिव्यक्ति के इस संघर्ष में वह कभी सफल होता है तो कभी असफल। सफलता और असफलता के इस आर्थिक युग में परिस्थिति और हालात से बाहर निकलने में पैसा बड़ी भूमिका निभाता है। ऐसे में कई परिवारों के बच्चे टूट जाते हैं। रंग भूमि फाउंडेशन की विचारधारा ’अगर टूटे साथ, तो भूमि आपके साथ ’,की इस कढ़ी में ,गरीबी रेखा से नीचे जीवन यापन करने वाली विधवा महिलाओं के बच्चों की शिक्षा बाधित न हो। साथ ही उनमें स्वामित्व का भाव स्थापित करके, iron शॉप निर्माण कराके उनके रूचि के अनुसार रोजगार स्थापना की परिकल्पना रखी गई। साथ ही, रंग भूमि फाउंडेशन थिएटर वर्कशॉप के माध्यम से ऐसे बच्चों के व्यक्तित्व विकास के साथ-साथ शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता की इस यात्रा को जारी रखे हुए है। जो बच्चे थिएटर और सिनेमा में अपना भविष्य बनाना चाहते हैं उन्हें लगातार वर्कशॉप के जरिए इन क्षेत्रों की बारीकियां बताई जा रही हैं। हमारे पर्यावरण और हमारे सामाजिक परिवेश के बीच मानवीय संतुलन की यह यात्रा रंग भूमि फाउंडेशन के माध्यम से जारी रहेगी।

In an effort to connect with the link of human and social reform due to my professional life, after a long gap, I meet my childhood friend, theater, film director and actor Krishna Kumar. I kept seeing the spirit of social reform in his thoughts and journey of film direction, due to which I got involved as a producer in the production of many of his films. These films leave a deep impact on our society and lead to a human change. In this way, the consciousness of human and social reform started in the form of the formation of Rangbhoomi Foundation from my journey as a filmmaker. Later in 2023, this organization was registered so that we can more smoothly, through the Rangbhoomi Foundation, along with ideological film production, public welfare works can be reached to more people. Like how can we help the destitute people in their livelihood along with the education of their children and what can be the business ways that can connect them with the mainstream of society. We are continuously working in this direction. Besides, our organization is continuously discussing all these issues to see what other means can be available for help.
अपने व्यावसायिक जीवन के चलते मानवीय व समाज सुधार की कड़ी से जुड़ने के प्रयास में लंबे अंतराल के बाद मैं अपने बचपन के दोस्त, रंगमंच ,फिल्म निर्देशक व अभिनेता कृष्ण कुमार से मिलता हूं उनके विचारों व फिल्म निर्देशन की यात्रा में समाज सुधार की भावना मुझे दिखाई देती रही जिसके चलते मैं उनकी कई फिल्मों के निर्माण में निर्माता के रूप में जुडा। यह फिल्में हमारे समाज पर एक गहरा असर छोड़ते हुए एक मानवीय परिवर्तन की ओर ले जाती है। इस तरह से मेरी फिल्म निर्माता की यात्रा से मानवीय व समाजिक सुधार की चेतना रंगभूमि फाउंडेशन के निर्माण के रूप में शुरू हुई। आगे चलकर 2023 में इस संस्था का रजिस्ट्रेशन हुआ ताकि हम लोग और सुचारू रुप से , रंगभूमि फाउंडेशन संस्था के माध्यम से वैचारिक फिल्म निर्माण के साथ – साथ जन कल्याण के कार्यों को और अधिक लोगों तक पहुँचाया जा सके। जैसे हम निराश्रित लोगों के लिए जीवन यापन के साथ उनके बच्चों की शिक्षा में किस तरह मदद कर सकते हैं और क्या व्यावसायिक तरीके हो सकते हैं जो उन्हें समाज की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ सकें। इस दिशा में हम निरंतर कार्य कर रहे हैं । साथ ही इन सभी विषयों पर हमारी संस्था लगातार विचार विमर्श कर रही है कि और क्या माध्यम हो सकते हैं मदद के।
